We will have a virtual consultation via zoom or a telephone consultation. 

This is where we will:

  • discuss your requirements and expectations, 
  • discuss and set your budget, 
  • choose the services and packages suitable for your needs, and 
  • explain the elements of your services in detail.

To close the consultation, we will answer and further questions you may have about your wedding.

The Match N Make Weddings - Weddings Bespoke Service

The bespoke service is quoted following consultation.

  • Match N Make Weddings can offer you a luxury, unique and bespoke wedding planning package that suits your individual needs & requirements.
  • If our ‘Platinum or Final Preparations’ service doesn’t tick all the boxes for you then you decide what involvement you need from your wedding planners.
  • Following an initial consultation, we can provide you with a competitive quote based on your very own ‘Taylor-Made Package.’

The Full Works – 12% of wedding budget (minimum fee of £1750 applies – fixed fees can be arranged for larger budgets)

  • We always start with an initial consultation to get to know you personally and build a vision on your thoughts for your ideal wedding together.
  • We provide inspiration and unique ideas based on your personalities and preference.
  • Whether you are looking for the traditional fairy-tale, a rustic barn, magical marquee, a luxury  hotspot or even a completely unique idea you want to pull off,          we cater for all styles of weddings.
  • Our platinum service includes everything you need from sourcing, booking, and managing venues and suppliers, negotiating contracts and deals, all guest management including invites and responses, attending appointments, and creating and delivering your perfect day.
  • We will form timelines and a wedding day schedule. We will also be there on the day discreetly  in the background to ensure everything goes smoothly so                  all you must do is enjoy the day.
  • We will manage and maintain your wedding budget, invitations, and guests, assist with the venue décor, final changes, layout, and turnaround ensuring   everything, and everyone are exactly where they need to be.
  • We will regularly be in touch giving you updates and support. We will attend supplier meetings when required, negotiating costs, and providing a wedding              day plan for all your wedding party.

The Match N Make Weddings Final Preparations Service

8 weeks wedding lead-up – handover from £950 (dependent on level of involvement)

  • Perfect for couples who want to plan and arrange all aspects of their big day but what to enjoy  the final stages and ensure everything are taken care of!
  • This can be booked before or right up the latter stages of your wedding day.
  • We will meet about 8 weeks prior to the day for a handover consultation to discuss your wedding progress and agree what areas you would like us to work on and arrange a plan of action, including visiting the venue, checking, and finalizing all arrangements and layouts with the venue.
  • We will provide a wedding day schedule and timeline. Plus consult directly with suppliers and ensure their arrival times and set-up.
  • Our guest management service will ensure we chase up any outstanding responses from guests, consult with caterers regarding dietary requirements and final numbers, arrange any travel accommodation if required.
  • Provide last minute inspirational ideas, ensure all final plans are checked plus arrange the décor exactly as you want it, set up, and oversee all favours, gifts and guests are at the right places.
  • We also attend the day, staying discreetly in the background to ensure your day runs smoothly so you can relax knowing everything is safe.

The Match N Make Weddings on The Day Co-Ordination Service

On The Day Management from £650

  • For couples who want the excitement of planning their own wedding, but also want to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible with the reassurance                      it is in the safe hands of professional wedding planners!
  • We will hold a handover consultation with you prior to the wedding day where we will discuss your plans, suppliers, décor and vision and we will create a       timeline for the day, consult with your suppliers and ensure everything go as planned so you can enjoy and relax, and we can take care of everything else.
  • We oversee the venue set-up ensuring your layout is how you planned, consult directly with suppliers to ensure agreed times are met and any outstanding payments made.
  • We will create a wedding daytime schedule for the wedding party.
  • Plus organize your guests on the day ensuring they have an enjoyable time.
  • Our aim is to fit in discreetly in the background overseeing that the day runs smoothly, offering you up to 10 hours service, leaving you to enjoy every              moment of your day. (Additional hours can be agreed in advance).

The Match N Make Weddings Wedding Support Service

Wedding Support £30 per hour

  • Not enough hours in the day and need some extra assistance with your wedding planning?
  • We can assist with key jobs or tasks that you need doing, including delivering or collecting items, DIY projects, guest party travel, accommodation or lifts, accommodation bookings, making favours or decorations, putting on chair covers, or setting up tables or even decorating your venue! Whatever tasks you           need doing, we can help!
  • Our hourly rate service allows you to off-load those time-consuming, last-minute jobs or on the day jobs that need doing – no matter how big or small we                can wave the wedding wand and get the job done right for you.

Supplier / Venue Management £99 per suppliers

  • Cannot find what you are looking for and need someone to find it?
  • We can search key suppliers to suit your vision, budget, and location!
  • We will also look after your suppliers from the time of your booking right up to and on the day.
  • We will oversee the booking, payments, contracts, insurances, health and safety, timings and oversee order, delivery, and completion.
  • We will be the main source of contact for your suppliers should you require and keep you updated to ensure everything is just how you wait it without you  worrying.upplier Search from £60 per supplier
  • Looking for a wedding supplier?
  • Then let us do the searching for you.
  • We will source the suppliers that suit your theme, style and of course your budget in the location of your big day.
  • Each search will be shortlisted, and you will be supplied with a detailed report on each supplier from florists, caterers, transport, cake, suit hire, chair covers, photographers, make-up artists, favours, stationers and many more!
  • Not only will we check for their availability but also their pricing, reputation, ratings, and reviews and ensure they offer you a reliable and trustworthy service.
  • We have an extensive list of reputable suppliers and if you do not see what you are looking for then our supplier service is perfect for you.
  • We will negotiate costs with them and then be able to assist with your decision making and make the booking with your chosen supplier if required.

Venue Search: from £150 search and shortlist three suitable venues

  • Whether you are looking for a beautiful marquee with outstanding views, a country manor with spectacular history to share, a luxury venue with the wow          factor or looking for that venue with unique style, or a top high-end venue that shouts WOW.
  • Not only do we listen to what you want, we can research, source, and recommend venues within your ideal location and budget and ensure availability and capacity.
  • Our extensive searches will provide you with a variation of options which we will shortlist personally, for you.
  • You will receive full details for each venue, and we can make appointments on your behalf.
  • We will assist in negotiating prices and manage the venue on your behalf if required.

Invitation Management from £199 (plus postage)

Up to 100 guests £199, up to 200 guests £299, 200+ guests £399

  • Not only do we listen to your ideas, but we will match ideal stationers to you to create perfect invitations and compliment your style and colors.
  • We will prepare your invites ready for posting and collate a contact list and addresses from you.
  • Spitfire Weddings will be point of contacts for guests to RSVP to.
  • We will record the responses and keep you updated all the way.
  • Plus, we follow up on responses, dietary requirements and consult directly with the caterers.
  • A final list will be sent to you to enable you to do a table seating plan.
  • Postage fees will be extra.

To get you started £99 for an inspiration meeting – this cost is then deducted should you book any of our wedding planning services

  • This is perfect for the newly engaged couples who are excited at starting to plan their wedding. The Inspiration Consultation is perfect for you!
  • We will arrange to meet with you for an informal chat to get to know you, your ideas, and personalities.
  • We can provide you with a checklist, help assist with setting budgets and share wedding day templates.
  • We can recommend suppliers and get you in touch with the right people who can create your perfect day.
  • We will assist how to deal with timelines and deadlines.
  • We always speak about what is important to you and what u want from your day and provide you with tips, advice, and inspirational ideas to make your                  day unique and personal to you.
  • Plus, assist with any questions you may have and advise on what information you should be obtaining from your venue and suppliers and wedding day       etiquette.
  • Should you wish to take any of our wedding planning services following the consultation, the price of this is then deducted from the planning fees.
